How does billing work??
Cards will be charged $23.99 + tax + shipping (if you choose this option) on the 1st of every month.
How will I receive my order?
At check out, choose to ship your order for an additional $7.95. If you are local, you can save by choosing to pickup your order. Orders will ship or be ready for pickup on or before the 15th of each month.

Tell me more about the Swap-A-Square Club…pretty please.
Each month you will receive three of our seasonal squares to add to your home decor. The designs on each of the squares are exclusive to club members, aka “Square Swappers.”
What is this square I will be swapping??
Our seasonal squares are 4.25” and can be stand alone signs that are the perfect addition to your mantle, shelves, or tiered trays. We also have various frames, leaning ladders, and other products that our squares fit with perfectly. Our squares make switching out monthly, seasonal, and holiday decorations a breeze!
Are there any perks to being a Swap-A-Club member, aka Square Swapper?
Absolutely! By joining the club, you will be receiving your monthly squares below the cost of purchasing them individually from our website. You will also receive a special coupon code that will give you 25% off each of our Swap-A-Square compatible products.
How do subscription payments work?
After your first order, which will be charged immediately, we will process your monthly subscription fees on the 1st of each month. As long as you subscribe by the 5th, your box will ship by the 15th of that same month. Your subscription will then automatically renew each month going forward until you cancel.
What if I’m not loving this month’s designs??
Everyone has their own tastes and preferences and we promise to do our best to tap into each of them. At times, our monthly designs may not fit with your decor style or taste. That’s ok! Gift them to someone who might love them and tell them all about the Swap-A-Square Club! Over time, we think you’ll find value and enjoy the program.
When will my package ship each month?
Our goal is to have all packages shipped out by the 15th of each month. Each month’s theme will be relevant to the upcoming month, holiday, or season.
When you subscribe by the 10th of the month, your box will ship out on or before the 15th of that same month.
Shipping timeline examples:
Orders placed between 1/1 and 1/5 will ship on or before 1/15
Orders placed between 1/6 and 2/5 will ship on or before 2/15
If you have ordered a non-subscription item, your order will ship within 5-7 business days; please allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at anytime! As long as we receive your cancellation request via email by 11:59pm on the 25th of the month, you will not be billed for the following month’s subscription and your membership will be canceled, no questions asked. Non-subscription items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
Am I able to return my box for a refund?
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Subscriptions must be canceled by the 25th of the month to avoid renewal for another month. Once your subscription renews, we are unable to cancel the order, issue a refund for that order, or accept a returned package for a refund.
Can I gift someone a membership?
We offer several different products that are perfect for gifting. If you want to purchase a recurring subscription for someone, just enter the recipient’s information in the “Ship to” address and your information in the “Bill to” address. The subscription will continue until you cancel.
What do I do if an item is damaged or missing?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@moandmemakershoppe within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us if you live outside the contiguous US and would like to place an order.
